Little Party Parcels Review: June 2016
Who says that party packs are just for children! Adults too crave a release from the monotonous mundane daily grind of life, work and stress. Almost seeking out that peter pan moment of let’s “never grow up”. This is when I got the opportunity to work with Jennifer, the owner of Little Party Parcels. Jennifer worked closely in conjunction with myself to create the most fabulous party bags for my birthday celebrations.
Packaging provided included perfect pretty pink Italian Kraft paper party bags with twisted handles. Also, frosted dotty party bags with opaque handles. Both were quality, robust and represented excellent value for money. The tissue paper was generous in measurement and are acid free, chlorine free, and bleed resistant. Also, these cute party bags were easy to personalise.
Celebration Champagne bubbles were an adult way to indulge in a child pastime of “blowing bubbles”. Not one to usually make a scene, but the Jazzy Blow outs and Happy Birthday cone-shaped party hats, were also a fab fun way to let’s say…make a little noise and have some fun! A perfect princess flashing girlie tiara was provided for myself. However, I was also provided with fabulous fairy wands and beaded bracelets for the other ladies so they could also enjoy a little bit of light “dress up”. The wand definitely cast a positive spell and these items added a touch of special fairy dust to the party.
The retro sweets and party games encouraged my guests to reminisce in childhood joys. Double dip orange and cherry, Swizzles fruity pops, love hearts, love hearts lipstick, Scooby doo candy sticks, candy necklace and sherbet tub were enjoyed by all. To get things off to a winning start, the party games were unleashed. Animal and normal playing cards, magic sets, a yoyo, bouncing putty and obviously for the victor a winners medal! Infact, we were all winners with these party packs, as we all had one of these fab medals to wear!
As much as the bag was novelty, I wanted my guests to take away some useful gifts. Vibrant pom pom keyrings and the mini glitter purses went down a treat. Useful to attach to the car keys and the mini purse ideal for change in the car. Excitement raised further by the cute My Little Pony and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle stationary. Both provided a childlike regression to bygone eras and evoked happy memories. The Gingerbread man stacker crayon and colour swap pens were quality, fun and exceptional value for money.
Bathroom soap and crystals along with the mini rubber ducks were a cute little extra! All of which I am sure will be used by the younger sons and daughters of all my party guests. Surprisingly high quality items considering the price. These Little Party Parcels were a fab way to have fun. However, more importantly provided my guests with a personalised retro experience and allowed them to metaphorically travel back in time and nostalgia in childhood memories. Quality of the items was impressive, price point is excellent value for money and the delivery was smooth. Jennifer regularly communicated throughout and she was a pleasure to work with. Personalising the customer journey can be difficult, but Jennifer manages to balance life, her business with the needs of the customer. You know Jennifer cares, as she goes the extra mile. This is why Little Party Parcels is the place that definitely gets the Party started!
