Passion, heart and soul is at the center of the business and Javier leads by example, as he spent one full year travelling around Spain and continues to visit regularly to update knowledge, educate himself and discover those must find Spanish products.
Fiesta not siesta, it is Flamenco time so let’s turn up the heat, as our Sultry Spanish Saturday evening in for two was made easy with the Basco Tapas Bundle. Included was the Spanish Manzanilla Olives infused in rosemary and garlic. Award winning wonderful Bonito Tuna ideal to use in a fresh crisp salad. Super soft cooking Chorizo Picante from La Rioja and the mouthwatering Montanegra Iberico Ham with a sensational deep rich nutty flavour. Mallorcan Rosemary Savoury Biscuits were supberb and complemented the La Tradicion Manchego Semi-Cured Cheese perfectly. Cured for three months this cheese was high quality and lip smackingly tasty! All washed down with an excellent bottle of Gailur Tinto from Rioja. A Tantalisingly fruity red wine made by a family winery in Rioja Alavesa
