Creative Nature Organic Chia & Mulberry Muffin Mix Review: March 2017
CEO Julianne Ponan, has managed to create a superfood magic muffin mix that is completely nut free, gluten free, dairy free, soya free and Organic too! There is also an alternative recipe for vegans, so this bake has all bases covered. Proudly displaying their 2016 Great Taste Award badge on their muffin mix bake bag, I knew these were going to be a great bake.
Full of Monday Motivation it was time to whip up a Kitchen frenzy and make Mel’s Marvelous Mulberry Muffins. 1 bag of muffin mix, 4 large eggs, 200g of butter, 5 ml of vanilla essence and all systems were go. Prep started by pre-heating the oven to gas mark 2. Then to make that butter melt, pop it in the microwave until slightly squidgy, add this along with the 4 eggs and the muffin mix into a bowl. Then work up a sweat and whisk that mega mix until super smooth. Get those silicone moulded muffin cases ready and dollop a spoonful of the mixture into each case. Pop into the oven, and 25 minutes later, these mouth-watering muffins are all yours to enjoy!
These muffins smell just as good as they tasted, giving the house that fresh just baked homely scent. These muffins paired up with natural yogurt topped off with a splash of honey, and served with a fresh orange & Raspberry juice drink, makes for a perfectly cute picnic breakfast basket. I love muffins, and an egg free recipe is fab as I could make them for my son who has an egg allergy!
