Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester Sienna Spa Review: April 2017

The Sienna Spa has an enviable postcode, located within the exquisite iconic 5 star Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel, which is in Manchester’s historic free trade hall and was the original home to the Hallé Orchestra, right in the heart of Manchester city centre. Situated deep within the buildings vaults make your way down to the Sienna Spa your home away from home and hide away from all the city hustle and bustle. Forget your worries and stresses, and prepare to enter a tranquil, relaxing oasis of peace and calm where the focus is all about having a little well deserved ‘you’ time.

Invited along to use the luxurious spa and health club along with several treatments, I was ready for a blissful day to relax, revitalise, restore and recharge my mind, body and soul. The air-conditioned gym, 12-metre deck level swimming pool, the poolside relaxation area along with facilities such as the whirlpool bath Nordic sauna and steam room sets a high-end tone which oozes quality and 5 star luxury. After some lovely leisure time, spent swimming, enjoying the whirlpool bath and turning up the heat in the sauna and steam room it was time to move on to have some treatments.

The relaxation room, with subdue lighting, peaceful music and comfy sofas, has an atmospheric aura around the place, that instantly made me feel both relaxed and at ease prior to my treatments. The hydration station offers complimentary herbal teas and filtered rose water to sip while simply sitting back, as you melt away into the cosy sofas and appreciate a more relaxed pace of living. Natalie Stubbs my therapist, provided a professional, personalised and perfectly relaxed treatment experience. My massage took place in the most amazing relaxing hub and took me away from the manic strains of daily life and transported me to a relaxed calm place where an inner peace and tranquillity was achieved. The Sienna Spa recognise that finishing touches are just as important and my manicure, again carried out by Natalie, looked red, glam and ready for some city centre fun and indulgence.

The Sienna Spa is perfect to enjoy alone, with friends or family, a 5-star relaxed paradise that you will never want to leave.

Thank you to all the RBE Team, Natalie, Hope that you enjoyed reading 😊
