Gosh Vegan Foods #Review

Gosh Vegan Foods Review: May 2017

Some gorgeous Gosh goodies landed on my doorstep just in time to enjoy during National Vegetarian Week. Gosh is all about goodness, they are dairy free, gluten free, soya free, nut free and are suitable for vegans too. Impressively, they are naturally free from the UK’s 14 top listed allergens; cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, peanuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin, sulphur dioxide, crustaceans, fish & molluscs.

Excited to get stuck in, I hit the kitchen to create some yummy meal plans for the week. The super sensational Sweetcorn & Quinoa Bites jazzed up with a hint of Harissa & Paprika went perfectly with a simple gem lettuce, tomato and onion salad with a light dressing making a fab lunch. The lip-smackingly tasty Chickpea, Courgette & Moroccan spiced bakes topped off with a helping of harissa peppers or the Beetroot, Kale & Quinoa burgers with a hint of mint, stuffed into a burger bun with a handful of polenta chips provided a delicious dinner time chow down.

Relaxed Sunday Sessions to me means lots of scrummy food. The Mushroom, Puy Lentil & Butter Bean burgers screamed out breakfast! Served with spiced beans, fresh roasted vine tomatoes, avocado and toasted bread – boom a brilliant breakfast to start the day. Sunday would not be complete without a classic Sunday dinner, but with a twist…no meat involved! The mouth-watering mixed seed, quinoa, carrot & coriander bakes with a minted pea centre created a centrepiece for a fabulous vegetarian Sunday ‘roast’ dinner, served up with fresh veggies, roast potatoes, a homemade Yorkshire pudding and vegetarian gravy – yummilicious!

Don’t wait to hear the words…’oh GOSH they are all gone’ get yourself down to the supermarket and pick yourself up some Gosh Goodness today.

Thank you for reading 🙂

  1. We’ve seen GOSH in the shops before but never been brave enough to give them a go. The Kale & Quinoa burgers with mint sound delicious and love how you’ve tried the majority of this fab range. We’re going to give them a go next time we see them in the shops x

  2. I think this is a great idea! I have friends that are allegoric to nuts and gluten. I think this helps encourage people to become vegan so they can focus on what the can eat rather than what they can’t eat.
