Shown to our seating, we were greeted by the lovely Jacob, one of the brands senior management figures, who spent some time speaking with us.  However, Jacob soon had to head off, as he clearly adopts a hands-on management style, as throughout the evening he got stuck in with the team, helping them with everything from serving meals, organising the pass and cleaning cutlery – Amazing!
