British Taiwanese food writer and TV chef Ching-He Huang has been busy demonstrating her culinary flair and finesse creating Yutaka’s new healthy organic soybean noodles range. Gluten free, high in protein, high in fibre, no additives, low in sodium and suitable for vegetarians, these nice noodles tick all the right boxes.

Busy lifestyle, want to be healthy and cook healthy meals in a reasonable amount of time? Well, these noodles are the answer, as they boil in just 6 minutes, so ideal to have as one of your cupboard staples. I found them super easy to use and they tasted yummy.

Healthy noodles which cook in no time, when Ching-He Huang states that, β€œI wish you happy healthy eating” she really does mean it! In celebration of Organic September, why not think outside the box and grab oodles of noodles.
