Tenth Day of Giftmas: The Little Book of Hygge and Hoggly Tea – £8.99/ 1 box of tea ranges from £4.25 – £5.25 – Fancy a festive cuppa, well Christmas blends such as Around the Fire and Spiced Orange will warm you up while you read about the Nordic way of life with the Little Book of Hygge.
Tina Gloggengieser, from Aarhus in Denmark, now living in Brighton, is a keen tea enthusiast and creator of the sensational Hoogly tea range. Hoogly is the pronunciation of ‘hyggelig’. ‘Hygge’ is all about the Danish way of life and having a feeling of wellbeing and warmth the whole year round. Hence, a contributory factor, as to why they have been voted one of the happiest nations.
All the teas are ethically sourced, fair traded, made and packed in the UK using a range of luxury, healthy and natural ingredients. Innovative tea flavours such as Around the Fire and Spiced Orange which really got me in the festive mood.
The brilliant baked apple chai with its unique blend of winter flavours such as apple, ginger, cinnamon and cloves makes an ideal non alcoholic alternative to a mulled wine and a great winter comfort sipper to enjoy while you read the lovely little Book of Hygee. Give the gift of tea this season.
Merry Christmas and thank you for reading 😊

Hoogly tea sounds brilliant. I love the play on words, I think my Mum says it like that. I lived in Denmark for two years, so I can appreciate a lot of the contents of the book. Safe to say I have an addiction to candles nowadays! 😀
