Ghetto Golf Liverpool, Apocalypse Cow and Phooey’s Dim Sum Review: July 2019
Go crazy at Cains Brewery Village and step into a super stylish hub, that combines crazy Ghetto Golf, theatre, food, cocktails and DJs, showcasing the best street art and their writers.
Let your hair down and go crazy at this adults only venue, in this luminous Liverpool loveliness, as you go golfing Ghetto style.
Get the part started at hole 1, a Scooby do style cool camper, just under the mega fab golf club lighting.
Hit the bowling lane, pose with the Mona Lisa, bowl your friends over with a hole in one.
Pose, play and pot your way to perfection, put your swing in full force and groove your way to victory.
Luminous retro interiors include amazing arcade game machines along with this brilliant bike and skate park set up.
Rock up to the bar and enjoy a cocktail or a Yeastie Boys beer, as you celebrate your winning golfing swing haha.
Feeling food, well Moove on over to the onsite Apocalypse Cow an American style BBQ eatery, run by a friendly bunch of guys and gals, who create stylish street food without the faff and fuss.
Enjoy Liverpool lip smacking brilliance with their range of 100% beef burgers such as the Blue Moo a single patty burger with beef brisket melted stilton cheese and lettuce and the smoked Halloumi burger with lettuce peppers onions topped with Chimichurri sauce.
Erm sides you say, well go for some fabulous fries with lashings of gorgeous gravy. Absolutely amazing and we could have eaten these all day – a must try for sure!
Wanting more, well head outside to the Beaut Birdies bar, an outside beach vibe site with palm trees and all that jazz, that houses a whole range of street food venders including Apocalypse Cow and Phooey’s Dim Sum.
Phooey’s Dim Sum, operated by a down to earth bunch of energetic and enthusiastic locals, providing Asian style street food.
Barbecue chicken wings, Tofu bao buns, spring rolls, Katsu rolls and so much more you are spoilt for choice.
Keep the good times rolling and enjoy things on a sweet note with Apocalypse cow delicious dessert options.
Including these heavenly chocolate filled Churros with chocolate dipping sauce and a yummy crunchie cheesecake.
