Wildwood Restaurant Skipton – Review

Wildwood Restaurant Skipton – Review: August 2019

Wonderfully warm and welcoming Wildwood Skipton really had good vibes about the place.

The restaurant boasts airy, contemporary décor which gives a chic cool vibe to the place.

Gabriella and her team; Aaron, Freya, Katie, along with our delightful server David have created that relaxed home away from home feel.

Super scrummy starters began with their brilliant baked brie and one of my ultimate fav Wildwood dishes bruschetta Caprese.  Along with some marinated olives, this makes for the perfect starter.

Marvellous mouth-watering mains included the tasty tagliatelle alla norma, I can not walk in a Wildwood without ordering this dish! Also, their signature Smokey bbq ribs which my plus one scoffed in full and washed down with a Day Time!

Add on some sides, the generous mixed side salad and their new and delicious crispy halloumi fries to give you the ultimate dinner date night.

Delicious desserts offerings such as their homely sticky toffee pudding with custard and the lip luscious hot chocolate brownie with mint choc chip ice cream are a real sweet treat.

Our cocktail maker Christina, got her shake on and created some lovely alcohol-free cocktails including a Virgin Mojito, Tropical fruit cooler with pretty sunset layering and my fav drink the all new Wildwood Watermelon cooler.

Looking for a restaurant to visit with family, for a date night or with a group of friends, Wildwood Skipton is the place to be.

Thank you for reading 😊

  3. Those BBQ ribs look so juicy and delicious! It made me drool just looking at the photos. I’d have a double order of that hot chocolate brownie too. If I get to dine in the at restaurant, I am going to go home a few pounds heavier and that’s totally fine with me.
