The Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa package with BuyAGift is the perfect way to have a mid-week Monday – Thursday breakaway.

Once merely unused marshland, they have transformed this into a spa and leisure hub.

Our room was upgraded to a classic room to a delightful deluxe ground floor room which included a separate bedroom with doors straight onto the patio.

With the sun shining, the views from the lounge across the golf course were superb.  The fully furnished patio area was ideal just to sit and chill.

During our time, we had visits from plenty of the non-human kind of guests which was a lovely natural touch for sure.

The Bathroom had a stand up power shower, sunken bath tub, full mirrored vanity area along with complimentary toiletries.

The pool area was vast with a full pool, infinity spa jets and a Jacuzzi tub.

Along with a Himalayan sauna, steam rooms, ice fountains and experience showers.

Also, there are plenty of loungers to chill, relax and simply watch the world go by.

The spa and tranquillity suite are a real escape from the world kind of place.

Two hours in the thermal suite with open doors to allow fresh air to breeze away.

Why not enjoy a bento box or light bite, along with a refreshment or two, in the lovely spa bistro.

Treatments such as the express facial and body exfoliation are divine, ESPA products are used throughout.

Included within your package is a 2 course dinner at the onsite restaurant.  Again with lovely and gorgeous greenery views overlooking the golf course.

Enjoy a glass of wine with a friend or loved one, as you chill, chat and catch up.

The two-course meal has a variety of dishes or you can pay a supplement to eat from the A La Carte menu.

Wake up and work out in their onsite fully equipped gym with enough equipment to keep you busy.

After working out, swing by the restaurant for breakfast or for a small fee order breakfast to your room.

We enjoyed ours together in our fluffy robes and the ducks made a self-invite and appearance.

Breakfast included a range or hot and continental offerings such as pastries, juices, fruit, tea and full English.
