The Relax and Rejuvenate Spa Day Package includes a 55 minute Relax and Rejuvenate Treatment and half day use of their award-winning spa facilities (9am – 1pm or 2pm – 6pm).

Also included, subject to availability, was an excellent ESPA gift and a super yummy two course lunch in Mr Coopers.

The prestigious Spa at the Midland has a full thermal suite including pool, Jacuzzi and water jet fountain.

There is also a steam room, Himalayan rock salt sauna and an experience shower.

You are provided with complimentary robe, slippers and towels to use throughout the day for your comfort.

Treatments indulged in included the Mini Facial, Head Massage and the back massage to release tension, aid relaxation and soothe, ease, detox or energise mind and body depending on your individual needs.

Val my specialist beauty therapist was a delight throughout; professional, personable and attentive.

After treatments enjoy full use of their onsite relaxation suite, a secret city centre sanctuary that provides you time to relax, reflect and rejuvenate.

Sleeping pods, private areas, beds and complimentary fruit infused water and herbal teas are provided to keep you hydrated.

After indulging in rest and relaxation, it’s time to head on upstairs to Mr Coopers restaurant for your two-course inclusive lunch.

Marvellous mains included the sensational sea-bass and also a lovely vegetarian pasta dish with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and lashings of oil.

Delicious desserts included the fabulous cheeseboard with fig chutney, walnuts and fennel seed crackers.  also the lovely allotment dessert with cute caramelised mini apples, marzipan carrots and glazed cherries – simply delightful.
