Get up and Active with Aldi – Review: October 2019
Along with a balanced lifestyle and healthy food, this equals a healthy body and mind which motivates me to focus on my goals to reach the top. Wake up well, have motivated mornings and make goals #AldiAdventures
My 2019 goal was the Three Peaks; Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike. To climb the three largest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. Achieving this goal was down to training, hard work and eating well.
Do make a meal of things, as food is not just fuel it should be fun. Shopping at Aldi is always easy and hassle free.
Their fabulous fruit and vegetables are delivered daily and you can tell. The aisles stocked with a range of fantastic premium fruit and vegetables, at an affordable Aldi price, for you and your family to enjoy.
Fabulous fruit, that changes seasonally, included green and red grapes, red grapefruit, golden kiwi, bananas, apples and sensational super squeezed orange juice to ensure you are getting your 5 a day.
Salad and vegetables packed with flavour such as bistro salad, tender stem broccoli, chantenay carrots, hass avocados and spring onions give your body a much needed nutrients boost.
Aldi also stock an impressive range of vegetarian items such as these super sweet potato burgers, spicy tomato meatless meatballs, creamy ricotta & Spinach Girasoli, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Nocellara Olives to keep meal times exciting.
Eating well, achieving and conquering the three highest peaks Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scarfell Pike England and Snowdon Wales, I feel positive, an inner peace and in peak performance.
Exciting times are ahead for Aldi, with less than a year to go until the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, Aldi is the official supermarket partner of team GB.
