Situated inside the historic Free Trade Hall, the hotel is steeped in historic charm and elegance, as one of the city’s most iconic buildings.
The reception area boasts a beautiful crystal chandelier, as its signature centrepiece. Along with the Christmas tree, sophisticatedly decorated, providing that home away from home feel.
Since the extensive refit, the interiors now have a fantastic and fabulous fresh look.
Clean, contemporary lines with amazing artwork, lighting, planting and subtle subdue shades, creates a relaxed and refreshed vibe.
A Luxury suite Stay at the Marriott Victoria & Albert Manchester Hotel Review: September 2018
The Magnificent Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel, in Manchester city centre, is located in an enviable postcode, on the banks of the beautiful River Irwell.
The spacious reception area provides a perfect place to warmly welcome guests for a stunning stay.
Décor both inviting and impeccable, with communal areas offering the ideal hub to relax, people watch or catch up with business contacts over a coffee.
For that extra slice of prestige and premium luxury opt for one of their sensational signature suites. The divine Duplex suite, split over two levels, was super spacious and immediately felt like a home away from home.
The lovely lounge, with flat screen television, sofa, hospitality tray, along with both still and sparkling water, was a nice space to kick back and relax.
Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre Review: August 2018
The Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre is right in the heart of the vibrant Northern quarter, making this an ideal hotel for business, leisure or a combo of both. Head for the revolving door to check in – in style!
A luxury hotel, in its own right, but why not go all out and upgrade to an Executive King Bed Club Room, for the ultimate upgraded stay. Both gentleman at the check in desk, kindly accommodated an early check in, which made my life easier, as I had back to back reviews booked throughout the city.
Spacious room with cosy king bed, chaise long, workable desk, flat screen television and all the mod cons you need to make your stay a smooth one.
Located on the 8th floor, the King Club Room, offered a stunning city skyline view, along with complimentary chocolates and embossed notepad and pen.
Hotel Football Class of 92 Room and The Manchester United Theatre of Dreams Stadium Tour – One for the Fans: June 2018
Hotel Football is just a dribble away from the magnificent Manchester United Football ground. Having stayed at Hotel Football previously, the hotel is not just for the mega Manchester United fans, as the place has something for everyone.
However, this visit was an all-star pitch perfect performance, which would see fans dribbling with excitement, as they live the ultimate Manchester United dream.
Kick off began in the Class of 92 room, a chic custom designed bespoke room which includes unique Class of 92 memorabilia, that pays homage to its class of 92 owners, Gary Neville & Ryan Giggs.
Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester City Centre Review: May 2018
The 5-star iconic Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester is located in the home of Manchester’s historic Free Trade Hall and is the original home to the Hallé Orchestra, which is steeped in history and old school decadence and charm.
Originally, built in 1853 to commemorate the repel of the corn laws and sympathetically refurbished in 2004, retaining original features such as the façade, to create this stunning five-star hotel, with spa, restaurant and a bar.
Make your way through the airy, impressive and exquisite lobby, which hosts a mix of eclectic contemporary décor including a giant cockerel, bold Buddha head and some interesting wall art.
Novotel Manchester Centre Review: April 2018
Located within an enviable postcode, near to all the main transport hubs such as Manchester Piccadilly & Oxford Road train stations, the Novotel Manchester Centre, is the ideal place to enjoy all of the city action, from a convenient and central 4 star base.
Make your way through the revolving doors, into the bright airy reception area, and prepare to check in for a sensational stay. Make use of the interactive touch screen system that provides helpful tourist information.
Junior Suites immediately have that wow factor, focusing on your needs to provide a relaxed experience. An open plan arrangement, with a super cosy comfortable bed, with amazing artwork above the bedhead, a flat screen television, and a cleverly designed modular bathroom.
The adjoining lounge area, with a second flat screen television, comfortable sofa, relaxer chair set within a Manchester city artwork background scene, along with a Nespresso coffee machine, Bose Ipod dock, complimentary broadband, and mini bar stocked with water was an ideal place to kick back, relax and chill out.
Hotel Football & Café Football Old Trafford Manchester Review: February 2018
Manchester United’s super star players, full back Gary Neville and retired winger Ryan Giggs, continue their play of the pitch and have teamed together to launch the football themed GG hospitality brand which encompasses the Hotel & Café Football brands.
Located smack bang opposite Old Trafford Stadium, the football themed hotel and café are looking to score winning goals and become a champion place for guests to play and stay.
I loved the ladies on reception enthusiastic, energetic and excited to pass on their passion for the place. Our game began heading on up all the way up to the dizzy heights of the eighth floor to executive room 801. Back of the net…Gooooooooal – what a winning view – Breath-taking brilliance!
The well-appointed executive room was roomy, with a funky brightly coloured seating hub, with flat screen television, ideal to kick back, chill and catch up on some sports action. The welcome card and cute chocolate footballs are a nice touch.
The Principal Manchester Hotel Review: February 2018

The extravagant entrance with high steel gates, trio lit lighting, topiary planters, gold engraved Principal signage and flags flying proudly, prepares guests to step into a breathtakingly opulent lobby.
The stunning sculptured horse stands proud in reception and provides a talking point for sure. The breathtakingly beautiful sky dome dominates divinely with style and grace.
Sympathetic, yet extensive renovations reflect and retain the original features and historical charm by combining contemporary and traditional to create an eclectic, quirky and unique space for guests to embrace and enjoy.
Bredbury Hall Hotel and Country Club Review: January 2018
Bredbury Hall and Country Club is situated within, the Goyt Valley local nature reserve, an area of natural beauty located in Stockport Cheshire.
With stunning views overlooking the countryside along with a wonderful water foundation feature, this really is the place for a break away.
The inviting entrance has an eclectic quirky feel with a traditional red phone box, street lamp lights and stain glass windows.
