Start the day the right way! Sounds a cliché, but breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, as it kick starts your metabolism, helping burn those calories and also providing that burst of energy to simply get things done. Admittedly, at times a guilty “breakfast skipper” myself, but only to pay for it later in the day by over snacking on sugerific foods in the hope of a quick energy kick.
