Supertreats Carob Chocolate Bar review: June 2017

Brand founder Virpi, developed the Supertreats bars, as a few years after the birth of her son, Virpi was reaching out for a quick sugar fix in order to counter the tiredness of becoming a new parent. However, Virpi increasingly found that snacking on these quick fix sugar loaded treats, made her suffer from headaches, feel lethargic, unable to concentrate, and at times feel slightly depressed. Cut the caffeine, ditch the sugar rush and let your true energy shine is the Supertreats moto.

Situated in the heart of Chinatown Manchester is the original Teppanyaki in the North West since 1987. At the entrance, the restaurant proudly displays their ethos on a cute wooden chalkboard, which is all about a simple, none gimmicky approach, as the authentic food and Teppanyaki experience speaks for its self.

Smack bang in the heart of Manchester’s bustling Northern Quarter, the English Lounge, offers a selection of wines, spirits, cocktails, cask ales, gin’s and foodie delights, clearly this is a pub that pulls everything excellent together.  We rocked up to an inviting entrance with some rather cute hanging baskets, nice lantern light features and the English Lounge branded swinging sign. Also, another lovely server Emma did a cracking job at making sure we were having a fab time.
